Anaesthesia in the narrower sense – local and general anaesthesia – aims to ensure pain-free treatment during and after painful procedures, treatments and operations.
The choice of anaesthesia depends on the disease, the general condition, and the requirements of the surgical procedure.
If the type of surgery allows it, local anaesthesia is usually the least stressful for the body. General anaesthesia may be required for major dental procedures. The specialists and nurses available to us for anaesthetic procedures have extensive experience in anaesthetic care and in the full spectrum of anaesthesia (TIVA, TCI, balanced anaesthesia, regional anaesthetic techniques) as well as in intensive and emergency care. They regularly participate in professional training courses and also provide education in resuscitation and surgical and intensive care monitoring.
