These methods are typically used for the rehabilitation of the mandible and maxilla.
Indicators for the intervention:
- Complete or almost complete loss of teeth, edentulism
- Advanced periodontal disease
- Insufficient bone supply
The Allon4 treatment technique can typically be used for the reconstruction of the mandible and the maxilla. The Allon4 protocol involves the placement of 4 implants in the mandible to support a bridge of 10-12 teeth. Under immediate loading protocol, a functionally stable, aesthetic, long-term temporary restoration is delivered within 24 hours. Recovery time is 2-4 months. Then we prepare the final metal-free zircon round bridge fixed with micro screws. The success of the treatment sequence, in addition to the planning and biological processes, is the result of close cooperation between the surgeon, the prosthodontist and the dental technician.
The Allon6 treatment concept is mainly used in the upper jawbone. Here you should expect a longer recovery time of 4-6 months. During this period, the temporary replacement will do the job until the permanent metal-free replacement takes its place. The patient can experience the effectiveness of cooperation from an aesthetic and functional point of view.
Before Allon4 and Allon6 treatments, as with all implantations in our practice, a preliminary 3-dimensional computer-aided design is carried out. This 3D design is generated by the DTX Studio design software. With DTX Studio dental software, the surgeon uses a minimally invasive approach to navigate implant surgery. This allows for the highest possible spatial accuracy, often avoiding bone grafting, and eliminating flap formation and periosteal damage. As a result, our patients heal more easily, more quickly, with minimal complications and less time spent in the dentist’s office. Another advantage is that digital design and implementation greatly speed up the workflow.
